I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Are you developing gut, hormonal or other issues after being under a lot stress? Is your busy schedule making you angry, depressed or anxious? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

My approach is not to “Do more” but to “Do what matters”. With me, you’ll look at the landscape of your life and see what needs to be prioritized for you to experience joy and vitality again. Practical techniques like breathing  and “food medicine” are some of the most important one is my plans because deliver results real fast.  The aim of this coaching is not to create lists of restrictions of good and bad things. Instead, I work with my clients to create map of “what works” to create a sustainable, enjoyable and healthy life in a way that is flexible and rewarding.

Breath work, mindful movement and self study: Calibrating your nervous system is an imperative to be able to recover your sense of wellbeing, energy and balanced emotions. The practices of breath initiated movement, therapeutic yoga and techniques such as EFT and self inquiry are the practical means I use to help my clients support the rest and digest response and avoid the onset of the fight, flight or freeze response that most modern humans are triggering on a regular basis. I apply these practical tools in a way that allows the individual to build their own practice to the point that it becomes a lifestyle choice. Whole, Plant Based Food Focus: Scientific research published by The US National Library of Medicine, Harvard University, National Institutes of Health, The  China Study and more confirm that some of the healthiest individuals are those who follow a plant based diet. For burnout individuals this change often means more energy, a sense of lightness and mental clarity.
