Breath Initiated Movement for Anxiety and Stress

Based on the Inner Axis System created by International speaker, Master yoga teacher and author Max Strom, this is an approach to breath and movement geared towards the health of the nervous system. Conscious breathing is known to improve the oxygenation of the blood and brain, mental clarity, lung capacity and strength, focus and concentration, coordination, physical stamina, balance, sleep and digestion among other health benefits.  During these personal sessions you will learn techniques of breathing, movement & living philosophy that will remove current blockages from excess stress, anxiety, low energy and other misalignments of our modern lifestyle.

 

Breathe & Heal Breath Work Immersion 

This can be the pathway to start self regulating your nervous system and mastering your response to stress. Each month, I take a limited number of students through a personal journey with their breath to experience the power of this life changing practice.

The aim of this immersion is for you to build and take this practice for the rest of your life. This program is solely focused on breath work as a means to start regulating your stress response, promoting more calm, and supporting your body’s health. This is one out the three pillars to my Burnout Repair Methodology. Starting here can provide a very solid base in the journey towards vitality and stress resilience.

These mindful breathing sessions are based on the awareness of breath, controlled movement and focused concentration. The combination of these is the key to calm, present and stress resilient mind and body. I focus on individuals struggling with stress, anxiety, sleeplessness and an exhausted body/nervous system.

The structure of Breathe and heal immersion month is:

  • Duration: 4 to 5 weeks
  • Total sessions: 5 (online)

Breathe and Heal is a customized boutique program with personalized service including:

  • Additional support in between sessions with voice accountability
  • Review of practice assignments
  • Access to a library of video support for self practice
  • Online portal with supporting materials and references

Breath Work as a  Self Awareness Tool…

Health goes beyond weigh or physical fitness. Health is a all encompassing word that includes your mental emotional and spiritual wellbeing.  The key to this is having mindful practices that ground your new lifestyle. For this reason, I incorporate yoga philosophy into my approach as I believe it to be an incredible complement and a catalyzing agent of change and health.  My accreditations include Yoga Alliance RYT 200,  Kirpalu Yoga Teacher Certification, Trauma Educated Yoga Training from Connected Warriors, Max Strom’s Inner Axis  200 YTT (Movement & breath for stress relief and health)

My sessions value both ancient teachings and the inner wisdom of each practitioner. I use Physical postures, breathing techniques, deep relaxation and meditation to cultivate in my students the many benefits of this tradition in a practical way . I use a non dogmatic, universal platform so you can experience a completely safe, invigorating and welcoming practice. The combination of a regular movement, breathing practice, diet and lifestyle will propel you to a complete health makeover!

Monthly Breathing  & Healing Class

I hold small “semi-private” online classes once a month geared towards safe alignment, deepening of the practice and learning strong fundamentals.
